    At Elite WA Basketball, Game and training uniforms are custom-made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

    Custom-Made Products

    • All apparel and merchandise are produced based on the specific size, design, and customization selected at the time of purchase.

    • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

    Sizing Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

    • We strongly recommend referring to the provided size charts before purchase.

    • Incorrect size selection does not qualify for a return or exchange.

    Faulty or Defective Items

    We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

    • Incorrect due to our error

    Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with clear photos and order details. Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
